How does this procedure work?
You lie on one of our zero gravity beds and wear compression sleeves on your arms, legs and/or hips for your session.
What do I wear?
You are fully clothed.
What do I bring?
Phone or book! Naps are suggested in this station because of how comfortable it is to be in a zero gravity bed. These beds are out in the center area of the building with the massage chairs.
How many days a week is ideal for compression therapy?
One to three times per week.
