How long is each session?

Beginners start at 1-2 minutes, then work their way up to 3-5 minutes.

What do I wear?

The more skin that’s exposed the better so we recommend shorts, underwear, sports bra or a bathing suit/bikini. Some of our first timers - we’ll have them go in with leggings, sweatpants and/or t-shirts to get their confidence up.

What do I bring with me?

A towel.

Will I have privacy?

Yes, our Cryo chamber is in a room that can be locked.

How does the procedure work?

You just open up a see-through door to a giant fridge/chamber and step inside for 1-5 min, depending on your experience level.

How will I feel afterwards?

Most feel an immediate boost in energy as well as mood! This happens because many of our body’s happy chemicals are released when your body is super cold!  Many feel relief from pain and inflammation as well.

How often can or should I do Cryotherapy?

Even once a week will make a difference, 2 times is better, but 3 times a week is ideal. The more consistent you do it the better the results you will see and feel. This is why we offer an affordable unlimited membership, so you can use it all the time and maximize your benefits!
